WHAT I LEARNT FROM CHAIRING AN AWESOME CONFERENCE

I got an opportunity to chair an AIESEC Induction Seminar in Mahalapye (Botswana) over the weekend,
How can I summarize it? Please check the picture below.

I learnt a lot of things from this conference and I would like to share them here:
1.  Being an AIESECer is a lifestyle, a life-long mission not a snap moment
2. Learning does not stop anytime in your life
3. Being the change you want in the world can go way in advancing change to those who embrace and carry it forth
4. Leadership is taking responsibilities and not making excuses and it's all about looking back at the impact you made for people to be better leaders
5. Be accepting of things that are beyond your control and have firm command of things within your control
6. Being an alumni is not about being behind the shadows, make yourself visible but do not be overbearing
7. AIESEC continually evolves and at this rate  our influence speak for itself
8. Chairing a conference comes with many variables and the way a chair conducts a conference defines his persona(do not argue)
9. Live outside your comfort zone
10. Be firm and fun!
